History

Flex-O-Mark was founded in 1980 with the sole purpose of providing in-house labelling and product identification solutions to industry. We began providing in-house printing systems and press printed labels to industry. In the late 1980s we were one of the first companies in North America to embrace thermal transfer printer technology, seeing the advantages of printing labels in-house using a computer.

We are now one of the largest distributors and service providers for the Sato and Zebra thermal transfer line of printers. Today, more than twenty years later, Flex-O-Mark has a North American wide customer base. Because of our commitment to Customer Service we are happy to say we have retained many of our original customers.

Our people are our strength and the reason we are a QS/ISO 9000 company. Our Sale staff are labelling and barcoding specialists, if they cannot provide you with a labelling solution for your product, we will develop a new label stock to fit your application. We have developed custom labels for many industries including Automotive, Agriculture, Grocery & Retail, Meat & Poultry, Pharmaceutical, Seafood and Warehousing & Distributing.

Our in-house Graphics and Plate Making departments ensure quick turn around of new labels from concept to press. And the reason many companies North American wide choose Flex-O-Mark, our turnaround time is unprecedented.

Our Production staff ensures quick turnaround of you order using the highest quality materials, so labels adhere to product each and every time. The labels and ribbons we supply are OME recommended to ensure longevity of your equipment. Our Quality Department ensures all orders are checked to see they meet Customer specifications before shipping to our valued Customers.

Our Facilities

Flex-O-Mark is located at 2633 Drew Road in Mississauga, ON. We are conveniently located close to Pearson International Airport, Highways 401, 407, and 427.

Our 20,000 square foot facility houses Sales, Administration, Graphics, Production and Technical Services. Hours of operation are 8:30am to 5pm, and we can be reached at (905) 678-7997.
