Service Department:
At Flex-O-Mark we support all equipment we sell. This
means onsite or in-house service for you our valued
Customers. Our service department is open Monday to
Friday 9am to 5pm. If your printer requires in-house
service we also offer loaner printers. What this means
for you the Customer is zero downtime. All servicing
is done right in-house in Canada, if your printer requires
in-house repair it is not shipped back to the manufacturer
outside of Canada.
Ticket Centre:
If you require short-run barcode labels but do not
have a thermal transfer printer our ticket centre can
assist. We will produce the labels you require to your
specifications on our printing presses and our ticket
centre will do the custom imprinting you require.
In-house Graphics Art Department:
Our In-house Graphics Art Department takes you from
concept to film. Because we have an In-house Graphics
Art Department and Plate Making equipment, the turn
around time from the time you approve your artwork to
the time you receive your order is greatly reduced.
